What NexusNook stores

NexusNook stores the email address used to sign in, registered device identifiers, sync metadata, and the tasks, folders, Spaces, dividers, goals, checklists, and alarm metadata you choose to synchronize.

Why the data is used

Your data is used only to authenticate your account, synchronize NexusNook across your devices, restore your workspace, and deliver service emails such as one-time sign-in codes.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the website, API, and synchronized database. Resend delivers sign-in emails. These providers process only the information required to operate those services.

Sharing and advertising

NexusNook does not sell personal information and does not use advertising or cross-site tracking.

Retention and deletion

Account and synchronized workspace data are retained while the account is active. To request export or deletion, email [email protected] from the address associated with the account.

Security

Connections use HTTPS. Sign-in codes expire after ten minutes, session tokens are stored as hashes by the API, and synchronized records are scoped to their account.
